§         * In its second year of implementation, Venice SH moved from the highest
suspending school among similar schools to the median suspending school.
Furthermore, Venice SH is the only school among similar schools to post
a decrease in student suspensions in the 2003-04 school year.

* Additional data suggest that the average days suspended has decreased
and that the student to suspension ratio had not only decreased in the
second year of implementation, but the Venice SH is the only school
among similar schools for which this ratio has been reduced.
